Celeste
Celeste is a game about a girl named Madeline, who decides to climbs a mountain, but her "evil" other half of her, Badeline, creates a ton of hurdles for her along the way. The message is really impactful, and the main character is trans! But best of all is that it isn't a big deal or a part of her story at all, and I love that!
I have 100 percented the game before, and even gotten a golden strawberry, but that was on Assist Mode. Then, I worked on a save file where I use it minimally (I'm on Chapter 7), and now I'm on a file where I use it only at impossible roadblocks and have it off otherwise (I'm on Chapter 4). One day, I hope to be able to use it without Assist Mode, but that's going to be a very gradual process, and for now, I am happy and satisfied with where I'm at with my skill level.
